What does your warranty cover?
Our exclusive Worry Free, Lifetime Guarantee gives you 360º of protection because when life happens, your floors should be the last thing you need to worry about!
Lifetime Labor Guarantee – protects against defects in your installation due to labor related issues. We will repair or replace the affected areas at no cost to you.
Lifetime Material Guarantee – protects against fading, staining, excessive wear, manufacturing defects, and peeling.
How do I file a warranty claim?
With your project agreement, you will receive a copy of your Worry Free Guarantee and complete instructions on the claim process. To start your claim, simply fill out our Claim Form and follow the prompts.
How do I care for my new floors?
Care and maintenance for your new floors should be as easy as the rest of our process. Sweep with a dry cloth mop, or vacuum with suction only to remove most of the dirt and grit. If needed, a damp cloth or mop may be used with clean water to get more difficult messes up. With laminate & wood floors you must always make sure to never soak or leave moisture on the surface as it can cause damage.
In-Home Consultations
How long does a consultation last?
During our in-home consultation, we will send a trained, professional interior design consultant to your home. They will work with you to review your needs, measure your spaces, and help you select the right floor for your home and lifestyle.
We never want you to feel rushed, or be left with unanswered questions, which is why we ask that you set aside 90 minutes for our meeting.
Why must my significant other attend?
We cover a lot of information during our design consultation – including answering questions and reviewing specific pieces of the installation.
Additionally, we do not leave samples with you, so we ask that everyone involved in the process – including spouses, significant others, and anyone else with a stake in the home – to be present for our consultation.
How does the confirmation process work?
Once an appointment is scheduled, we will call you 1 business day prior to confirm the appointment. Generally, we will need to speak with you in order to ensure that time still works for you.
What times & days are available?
We have appointments Monday – Friday starting as early as 9:30am, and starting as late as 6:00pm. On Saturdays, we run a shortened schedule with our final appointments starting at 3:00pm.
I do not own my home, can i still purchase?
While owning your home makes things easier, renters and those leasing their homes can also purchase so long as you have approval from the property owner allowing us to perform the work.
What is included in your prices?
Our prices are all inclusive and guaranteed never to change as your project moves on. All of our projects include removal of your existing flooring (if required), the materials, padding, underlayment, moldings & trim, and moving and replacing of furniture.
Is there a showroom I can visit?
No, we bring the showroom to you! Instead of paying the significant overhead involved with a showroom, we pass those savings on to you.
Can I purchase just the materials?
As part of our agreement with our suppliers, we do not offer the sale of any materials outside of an installed project.
Will you install a floor I purchased elsewhere?
We keep our professional installation teams busy. Unfortunately, that means that we can only offer installation services for our products.
